DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer domestic shipping to the continental US at flat rates calculated at checkout. We offer discounted calculated rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

ILYSM Studio, Inc. cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may be be inspected or held by customs in your destination country, and delays are out of the control of ILYSM Studio, Inc.

International orders are subject to import taxes, duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVER DUTY PAID (DDP)

We offer a deliver duty paid (DDP) shipping option which includes all fees. This includes all of the costs associated with receiving the package. If you select this option, ILYSM will prepare the import/export customs documents and prepay for these charges.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVER DUTY UNPAID (DDU)

If you select a deliver duty unpaid (DDU) shipping option, you will be responsible for these additional taxes, duties, handling fees, VATs, customs clearance charges, or other charges calculated upon arrival in your country. We have provided an estimate of anticipated charges at checkout for your convenience.

Any international orders we accept are at the risk of the buyer in the event of any type of customs issues that may arise including but not limited to, duties imposed, confiscation, holds, non-delivery, and return. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at DM@ILYSM.COM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may provide your own postage, or we can generate a return shipping label for you to print and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES
We do not have a way to seamlessly process exchanges at this time. We're working on this. In the meantime, you may request a return and place a new order. We can help you with this via email: DM@ILYSM.COM
